MOM-TO-BE: DEEPIKA WITH HER DIET PLAN

Deepika is one of the finest celebrities of Bollywood her pregnancy is not just a momentous moment for her family but for her fans and other celebrities also. As Deepika begins her wonderful journey as a mother, the news has brought enormous joy to both the film community and her admirers.

We all are always sensitive about our diet and advice mother to take full nutrition during pregnancy. Deepika in her @instagram has recently posted a post regarding her diet which will make you surprised.

In the post she says “I eat and I eat well! ask anyone who knows me. so don’t believe anything else you might hear or read”. Here she is targeting the people who have myth about eating health means only eating disliked food items.

She further adds and says “The trick is balance, consistency and listening to Your Body. There seems to be a lot of misunderstanding around the word ‘diet’. we often believe that ‘diet means to starve, to eat less and to eat all things we detest.

She further tells the important of balanced diet and how she has been following it since she could remember. She also asks her fans to tell about their diet plans.

Previously she also talked about a ‘self care month’. She also added that there is no secret that she loves a good work out and she doesn’t workout to ‘look good’ but to ‘feel fit’.
